Funky Developers (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital marketing, SEO, branding, design, and technology services from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from us.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid services offered by Funky Developers, including but not limited to:

Digital marketing and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Website and mobile app development
Graphic design, logo design, and company profile design
Video animation, UGC content, and related creative services
Lead generation and real estate marketing retainers
Software consultation and custom development

2. Contract & Proposal Terms

Refund eligibility is primarily governed by the signed proposal, service agreement, or invoice issued for your project. Where this policy and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Advance Payments & Retainers

Before work starts: If you cancel before we allocate resources or incur third-party costs, an advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway or bank charges.
After work starts: Once strategy, design, development, campaign setup, or deliverables have begun, advance amounts are generally non-refundable for the portion of work already completed.
Monthly retainers: Retainer fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once the cycle has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Third-Party & Media Costs

Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf are not refundable by Funky Developers. This includes:

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platform spends
Domain, hosting, SSL, plugin, stock image, or software license purchases
Freelancer, printing, or vendor charges already committed

Refunds for such costs, if any, are subject to the respective third-party provider’s policies.

5. Deliverables & Approvals

Once a deliverable (design, website, creative asset, campaign structure, or report) is approved by you or published live, fees allocated to that milestone are non-refundable. Revision rounds covered in the proposal will be honoured as per scope; additional revisions may be billed separately.

6. Service Cancellation

You may request cancellation by email to sales@funkydevelopers.com. We will confirm:

Work completed to date
Any non-refundable third-party costs
Whether a partial refund applies

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive conduct. No refund is owed where termination is due to client breach.

7. Refund Request Process

Email sales@funkydevelopers.com with your name, company, invoice number, and reason for the request.
We will review and respond within 7–10 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, subject to bank processing times.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing and SEO outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, budgets, and platform policies. Refunds are not provided solely because leads, rankings, traffic, or sales did not meet expectations, unless a specific guaranteed outcome was documented in a signed agreement.

9. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we may suspend services and provide evidence to the payment processor. We encourage clients to reach out directly so disputes can be resolved fairly.
